At Seldens Designer Home Furnishings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the custom nature of our high-end furniture, specific guidelines apply to returns and cancellations. Return Process

    Contact Your Designer

    Reach out to your dedicated Seldens design consultant within 48 hours of delivery to discuss any concerns or discrepancies with your order.

  • 2.
    Verify Eligibility

    Our team will review your items to ensure they are in original condition; please note that custom orders and 'as-is' floor samples are generally non-returnable.

  • 3.
    Schedule a Pickup

    Once a return is authorized, our white-glove logistics team will coordinate a time to safely collect the furniture from your home to prevent damage.

  • 4.
    Processing and Credits

    After a thorough inspection of the returned merchandise at our warehouse, a refund or store credit will be issued, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.
